Connecting Communities
Since the Office of Community Engagement and Department of Public Safety launched the College Park Dream Team games in 2013, they have built bridges between local youth and safety personnel by providing a common ground for them to interact outside of law enforcement.
Giving Back
The 2023 College Park Dream Team Youth Clinic & Basketball Game provided 21 local youth with a fun opportunity to connect with our communities through sports and awarded 2 UMD Summer Camp Scholarships to local youth.
Chris Matthews' nonprofit, The Jeffrey Winslow Foundation aims to inspire the next generation of community leaders by providing access to resources and opportunities.
