Sponsored by the Office of Community Engagement and Arts for All. Join us for a free screening of My Garden of a Thousand Bees and learn how you can help protect and support native pollinators. Followed by a discussion and Q&A.

My Garden of a Thousand Bees is a story of surprise and revelation. A wildlife filmmaker spends his time during the coronavirus pandemic lockdown filming the bees in his urban garden and discovers the many diverse species and personalities that exist in this insect family.

The City of College Park Bee City USA and UMD Bee Campus USA affiliates invite members of surrounding communities to participate in our first annual Pollinator Resource Festival. We are bringing together Regional Bee City USA affiliates and Sustainable Maryland’s Rt. 1 Pollinator Corridor Communities to kick off National Pollinator Week!

Join us to learn how you can help protect and support native pollinators and to see UMD's Bee Campus Pollinator Garden and Native Bee Wall!

Attendees can receive a Free Native Pollinator Plant Giveaway while supplies last.
